Held on 15th February 2024, Professor Minors gave her inaugural lecture at York St John University, entitled Blowing My Own Trumpet, A Journey of Musicking.
Joined by the university choir and brass ensemble for a pre lecture performance, alongside 6 wide screen TVs to share documentaries, improvisations, performances, and broadcasts. Joined too, on stage for a Soundpainting performance, by Lucy Ryding, Grant O'Sullivan and Simon Helliwell, all former students.
